WORKSHOP: Malmö, workshop 2 - Identity, Materiality, Language
Nordplus workshop 2
Identity, materiality, and language
The Nordplus Horizontal network workshop 2 is in Malmö, Sweden, March 1-3 2024
In the workshop we will work with how different identities engage in regenerative work processes that involve materials in our ecological environment. We will reflect upon how these regenerative work practices, in turn, reshape our identities. Specifically, we will focus on how we talk about things. What kind of language do we use, when we describe our engagements with these materials? We will meet local researchers working with smell, seaweed, the landscapes in the city environment, Bauhaus of the Sea, and creative writing. Please bring rain clothes, since some of the activities we do will be outside.
